My good friend, David Kupferman, has been a Transcendental Meditation (TM) instructor for most of his adult life. A few years ago he taught me the process. It changed my life and there is science to prove it can change yours. While TM has worked for me reducing stress, eliminating a propensity to quickly anger and opened up channels of creativity, there are many forms of mediation.
